Job Title: Area Sales Manager Windows & Doors

Job Overview:

The Area Sales Manager Windows & Doors will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the designated region. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field sales position selling a high-quality fabricated range of windows, doors, and conservatories
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including contractors, developers, and retailers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product development teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the fenestration industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance
