About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Window and Door Installer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team at Bromford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install UPVC windows, composite doors, and other related products to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and undertake window and door installations, using practical skills and first-hand knowledge.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, with excellent customer service skills and a people-focused approach.
  • Use PDA, digital tablet, or mobile device to complete tasks and maintain records.
  • Contribute to a social housing environment, with a strong work ethic and drive to complete work to an excellent standard.
Requirements
  • Strong practical skills and first-hand knowledge of window and door installation.
  • Hold a MTC Installers card (desirable).
  • Carpentry, plastering, ceramic tiling, or additional skills in plumbing (advantageous).
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a people-focused approach.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK.
Benefits
