Our client, a prominent and award-winning employer in the automotive industry, is actively seeking to recruit an Automotive Service Consultant for their dealership.


Job Purpose:
To uphold the highest standards in customer service and provide a welcoming and efficient reception, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will advocate for quality workmanship and support ongoing process enhancements while embodying our client's Purpose Principles and Ambition (PPA) in all interactions with colleagues, customers, and prospects.

We are looking for a seasoned Automotive Service Consultant who can meet deadlines and manage sensitive information with discretion. You should possess outstanding communication skills and have a background in sales or customer service.

Additionally, we seek candidates who demonstrate dedication, enthusiasm, and a willingness to contribute positively to the team and, most importantly, to their customers.


Essential Skills & Experience:
- Administrative experience.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including experience in handling complaints.
- Proven customer-facing administrative experience.
- Background in a sales or customer service environment.
- Valid driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Evidence of Right to Work in the UK.
