Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high standard of quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Care: Drive the standard in customer care with a diverse customer base, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Relationship Management: Manage the relationship between customers and our dealership, providing a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Service Process Management: Effectively manage the service process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Value-Added Sales: Deliver effective value-added sales solutions to customers, promoting our products and services in an ethical and professional manner.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Administrative Experience: Proven administrative experience, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience handling complaints and resolving issues.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Evidence of customer-facing administrative experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Selling and Customer Service Experience: Experience in a selling/customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Driving License: Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months, with fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Right to Work: Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'
