With a High Net Worth customer base, you will require excellent customer handling skills, a confident approach to significant up-sell opportunities, and possess excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customers with clear and concise information regarding service and repair work required to their vehicles.
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, ensuring transparency and trust with customers.
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs, leveraging your knowledge of automotive services.
- Coordinate with customers to arrange collection and delivery of their vehicles, ensuring seamless communication.
- Update customer and vehicle records accurately and efficiently.
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy, maintaining compliance and quality standards.
- Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- At least 3 years' experience working as a Service Advisor, preferably with a VAG or Prestige brand.
- Full driving licence, enabling you to travel to various locations as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Confident and proactive approach, with a focus on long-term customer retention and loyalty.
