Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Outreach Tutor to join our team at Whitetrees Group. As a Graduate Outreach Tutor, you will work closely with pupils who require individualized education due to complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored education, leveraging the pupil's interests to ensure maximum engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of each pupil.
  2. Collaborate with our Wellbeing team to implement strategies and interventions that promote pupil well-being and academic success.
  3. Establish a safe and supportive learning environment by effectively managing pupil behavior and promoting positive relationships.
  4. Monitor and evaluate pupil progress to ensure attainment, progress, and outcomes meet expectations.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum education standard to A-level or equivalent (desirable)
  2. Experience in planning, delivering, monitoring, and evaluating lessons (desirable)
  3. Experience working with pupils who have SEMH (desirable)
