We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at Barracuda. As a key member of our Customer Success group, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding experience of our customers, maintaining ongoing business objectives, and ensuring the renewal of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and work with a portfolio of Barracuda's customers to establish trusted advisor relationships and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers' needs first, and maintain high levels of customer engagement through remote and on-site meetings.
- Work with clients to establish critical goals and key performance indicators, and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
- Partner with the Sales organization to drive revenue opportunities in existing accounts and escalate critical customer issues to internal resources.
- Act as Voice of the Customer and provide feedback to Support, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify, define, and drive renewals, phased upsell, and cross-sell opportunities from the account base.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews for customers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Fluent German language skills.
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment.
