We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to drive the conceptualisation and realisation of bespoke EV stations. As a Product Development Specialist, you will work closely with clients, sales teams, and designers to deliver exceptional EV charging experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to create innovative concepts for bespoke EV stations, leveraging your expertise in product design and development.
  • Manage design finalisation with in-house designers, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to bring concepts to life, fostering strong relationships and driving project success.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle from concept to installation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Evaluate opportunities for increased profitability and efficiency, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of design software is a plus, with proficiency in tools such as CAD, 3D modeling, and design visualization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation.
