About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at the Royal Lancaster London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience to guests, using their names and information provided by our property management system.
  • Utilize various computer systems to efficiently manage guest requests and up-sell room types to achieve departmental goals.
  • Be aware of all VIPs, care guests, and long stay guests arriving, residing, or departing the hotel on any given day.
  • Promote hotel services and actively sell food and beverage outlets to enhance the guest experience.
  • Adhere to departmental service standards and work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional results.
