Job Title: Residential Security Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the supervision of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Monitor and respond to any incidents or emergencies that may arise, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular checks on residents, including curfew checks and wellbeing checks, to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for residents.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential care and security.
Requirements:
  • 1st Aid Trained
  • Good English oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
