As a Residential Security Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, while also providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the supervision of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Monitor and record residents' movements, including curfew checks and wellbeing checks.
  • Conduct regular fire alarm tests and room searches, as required.
  • Monitor CCTV equipment and report any maintenance or security issues.
  • Support the arrangement and delivery of purposeful activities for residents, including induction and orientation.
Requirements
  • 1st Aid trained
  • Good English oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
