The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in either our Bristol or Edinburgh office. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business, IT, and strategic partners to identify and agree on project requirements
  • Develop and implement business solutions using analytical tools and techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative and regulatory changes and their impact on business processes
  • Create clear and concise documentation to explain requirements and solutions to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the testing team to ensure business acceptance testing plans are suitable

Requirements

  • Previous experience in financial services (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of project methodologies and approaches
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
