About the Role

Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' health and wellbeing, developing and implementing effective treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent patient experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services, promoting best practice and evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting health literacy and empowering individuals to manage their conditions effectively.

Requirements

  • Registered Physiotherapist with a Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc Hons) and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Proven experience in orthopaedic physiotherapy, with a strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in physiotherapy.
