About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Control Manager to join our team at One Air. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to our Maintenance Control Engineers, ensuring the efficient delivery of maintenance services to support our aircraft operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide technical advice and leadership to the Maintenance Control department, ensuring sufficient manpower is available to support operations.
  • Maintenance Planning: Create and manage maintenance plans, including ramp and ADD maintenance, to ensure aircraft are delivered safely and reliably.
  • Contract Management: Manage outsourced line maintenance contracts, ensuring quality standards are met and maintained.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Build and maintain positive relationships with contracted MROs, service providers, and internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide detailed status reports and feedback to senior management, ensuring timely and accurate information is available to inform decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of processes, systems, and team working, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Part 66 B1 and/or B2 AML with B and B777 Type Rating.
  • Experience: Proven maintenance control supervisory/managerial experience, with expertise in aircraft systems, structures, and powerplant.
  • Skills: Proven contracting and negotiation skills, with excellent Excel skills and good general IT and computing skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work under pressure, manage own and team priorities, and demonstrate flexibility, versatility, and proactivity.
