About the Role:

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weekend Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Aderyn, a high-quality step-down service for men with enduring mental health conditions. As a Weekend Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the service are spotless and meet required security standards.
  • Deliver high-standard cleaning services, prioritizing duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Assist in creating a positive culture and contribute to the overall well-being of our service users.
  • Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
  • Attend mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Enjoy cleaning and get satisfaction from a job well done.
  • Prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Be a good communicator.
  • Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Be able to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
