Job Title: Automotive Refinishing Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Refinishing Specialist to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a key member of our Operations & Logistics team, you will play a crucial role in the painting and refinishing of commercial automotive parts using HVLP equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **High-Quality Application:** Mix and match paint according to specifications to ensure flawless surface quality.
  • **Quality Assurance:** Assess product quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
  • **Housekeeping:** Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization.

Requirements:

  • **Qualifications:** City & Guilds Level 3 or IMI in automotive refinishing, or significant relevant experience.
  • **Health & Safety:** Strong understanding of safety processes, proper PPE usage, and fire awareness.
  • **Quality Focus:** Knowledge of quality conformance requirements and continuous improvement principles.
