We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Specialist to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a key member of our Operations & Logistics team, you will play a crucial role in the painting and refinishing of commercial automotive parts using HVLP equipment.
Key Responsibilities- High-Quality Application: Ensure flawless surface quality by mixing and matching paint according to specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Assess product quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Qualifications and Training: Possess City & Guilds Level 3 or IMI in automotive refinishing, or significant relevant experience.
- Health and Safety: Demonstrate a strong understanding of safety processes, proper PPE usage, and fire awareness.
- Quality Focus: Possess knowledge of quality conformance requirements and continuous improvement principles.
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 + shift uplift.
