Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at our busy factory. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for working on the production lines, making, packing, or picking different types of food products. You will also be responsible for cleaning the lines after products are finished and preparing the lines for the next product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing high-quality products
  • Supporting shift leaders to achieve production targets
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and housekeeping standards

Requirements:

  • Basic English literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Good understanding of health and safety and food hygiene
  • Previous factory experience is desirable but not essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to show initiative
