About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Aderyn, a high-quality step-down service for men with enduring mental health conditions. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the service are spotless and meet required security standards.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Contribute to creating a positive culture and a supportive work environment.
  • Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
  • Attend mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Enjoy cleaning and take pride in a job well done.
  • Prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Be a good communicator and have good attention to detail.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
