We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance and Systems Administrator to join our growing team at Paradigm Housing Group. Reporting to the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Manager, this role is critical in supporting the compliance and safety of our housing stock.
The primary focus of this role is to provide essential administrative support to the M&E Manager, particularly within the Asbestos and Mechanical workstreams. The successful candidate will ensure that all Asbestos Surveys and Removal Documents are accurately uploaded to our asbestos register and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective administrative support for all compliance-related tasks, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of documentation and certification.
- Accurately update and maintain the Asbestos register and compliance functions within our systems (Civica CX and Tracker spreadsheets).
- Process and batch purchase orders and invoices within agreed timeframes.
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and third-party service providers, ensuring effective communication and value-added service delivery.
- Collaborate across teams to contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives, including customer services and field operatives.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an office environment is preferred.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams is essential.
- Strong ability to ensure accuracy in data entry and compliance.
