Clinical Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide comprehensive clinical administration support within our busy diagnostic imaging department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing examination reports, covering the reception desk, scheduling appointments, and data entry. Training will be provided for all duties, and you will be supported by the Administration Lead.

Main Responsibilities

- Process completed examination reports for referring clinicians
- Cover the reception desk and provide patient care
- Schedule appointments and manage the administration workload
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
