Clinical Administration Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Administration Specialist to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical administration support to our diagnostic imaging procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Process completed examination reports for referring clinicians
- Cover the reception desk and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage patient data
- Provide administrative support to the administration team

Requirements

- Previous administration experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm in difficult circumstances
- Experience of working in a customer care environment
- Professional telephone manner
- Sound knowledge and understanding of IT and software packages (Word/Excel)
- Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
