About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dim Sum Chef to join our culinary team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a Dim Sum Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional dim sum dishes, as well as innovating new creations to keep our menu exciting and diverse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute traditional dim sum recipes, while also introducing new and innovative dishes.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and restaurant management to design and update the dim sum menu.
  • Manage the dim sum station and ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with food trends and industry best practices to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in high-end Chinese cuisine.
  • Excellent knowledge of food trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
