- £16,445 per annum before overtime

As an Educational Support Facilitator, your role will involve assisting in the delivery of education to young adults in a learning environment tailored for individuals with complex behavioral support needs and health challenges.

Who We Are Looking For
Experience in working with complex needs is preferred; however, if you are eager to assist vulnerable young adults in leading happy and fulfilling lives, this role is ideal for you. We will provide comprehensive training and development to help you thrive in your position.
You should be adaptable and prepared to take on various classroom roles, both indoors and outdoors, based on individual requirements. With a responsive and caring approach, you may be facilitating classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences, or supervising individuals as they explore their surroundings.
