About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants in a thriving 11-16 mixed comprehensive school. This 'GOOD' Ofsted-rated institution fosters a welcoming and inclusive ethos, committed to supporting the individual needs of its students.

- Work closely with class teachers, implementing their instructions and contributing to a positive learning environment for all students.
- Assist students in developing essential academic skills, fostering their confidence and progress.
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong communication, numeracy, and literacy skills, enabling effective instruction and guidance.
- A commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
