About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate male Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, a leading social care provider dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential support to individuals with high levels of Autism and behaviours of distress in a residential setting.
  • Assist with personal care and administer medication, following established care plans.
  • Implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans to promote positive outcomes.
  • Lone working experience is required, with a focus on supporting individuals with Autism.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in supporting individuals with Autism and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
