About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Therapeutic Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will work with individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, providing emotional and practical support to help them recover and stabilize their situation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic group work and one-to-one sessions to support individuals in their recovery journey
  • Build and maintain relationships with service users, community groups, and other stakeholders to promote community asset building and engagement
  • Develop and implement psycho-social interventions to support individuals in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support package for service users
