Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with clients to understand their aspirations and interests.

Collaborate with activity coordinators to motivate clients to participate in community activities.

Work one-to-one with service users to access local groups and activities, promoting social inclusion and community integration.

Assist service users in gaining knowledge of local transport options and facilitate their participation in community events.

Develop and maintain relationships with service users, understanding their needs and barriers to accessing community groups.

Support the delivery of activities and events that promote social inclusion and community engagement.

About the Role:

As a Community Engagement Coordinator at Changing Lives, you will play a vital role in promoting social inclusion and community engagement among our service users. You will work closely with activity coordinators and other teams to deliver activities and events that meet the needs of our clients. If you are passionate about making a difference in people's lives and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.
