About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset and Programme Analyst to join our team at AXA Funds Management. As a key member of our technology department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Functional Process and Technical Support: Provide expert support on OMS/EMS systems, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with front, middle, and back-office investment management system users to gather functional requirements, driving business process change and improvement.
  • Market Awareness and Innovation: Maintain market awareness and propose new solutions/approaches to the business, leveraging your foundational knowledge of process and data flows.
  • Request Management: Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with investment systems.
  • Training and Expertise: Provide training to clients when processes change, or new functionality becomes available, and contribute to the testing phase for new versions and/or new tools.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with all information security policies and proactively seek advice for new scenarios as they arise.
  • Project Support: Assist project managers in the context of projects impacting SimCorp Dimension.
Requirements
  • Financial Industry Experience: Possess experience in the financial industry, ideally in asset management, equities, or fixed income.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrate a good understanding of regulatory requirements and their practical application.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills: Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work across different jurisdictions and with stakeholders across different parts of the firm.
  • Communication and Language Skills: Possess good communication skills, both oral and in writing, with the ability to work across different jurisdictions and with stakeholders across different parts of the firm. Good language skills in English; French language skills would be a plus.
