Job Title: Systems Engineering Modeler

At Tokamak Energy, we're pushing the boundaries of commercial fusion energy. As a Systems Engineering Modeler, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining system models that document behaviour and structure, while also augmenting them with simulations of relevant physical processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain system models that facilitate communication and improve knowledge capture.
  • Develop and validate 1-D simulation models against real-world data.
  • Work with domain experts to develop Systems Engineering Models.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers to develop Hardware-in-the-Loop simulators.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Physics, Mathematics, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience with Electrical or Thermal simulation.
  • Programming/scripting skills in Matlab, MySQL, or similar.
  • Postgraduate Degree or practical experience in Systems Engineering, ideally with exposure to Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
