Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation of clubs and mentor teams to ensure high-quality delivery of our programs.
  • Expansion:
Open new clubs and manage recruitment efforts to grow our presence in the community.
  • Community Collaboration:
Engage with local schools, councils, and organizations to organize events and outreach activities.
  • Club Mentorship:
Co-lead in-person coding and tech clubs, providing support and guidance to children while collaborating with coding experts.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with children and has a genuine passion for technology.
  • Is an enthusiastic gamer and possesses strong communication skills.
  • Is confident with technology and has good IT literacy.
  • Can engage creatively with children and develop original ideas for projects and activities.
  • Is available during our core hours of Monday to Friday, between 12 PM and 8 PM, with some flexibility.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Professionalism and reliability.
  • A contagious enthusiasm for technology and education.

Desirable Skills:
While not essential, experience in teaching, coaching, business development, sales, or customer service would be advantageous.

What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive training and support.
  • First Aid training as required.
  • All necessary equipment and resources for club activities.
  • Opportunities for additional hours during weekends.
  • A rewarding experience helping children prepare for a tech-driven future.

Benefits:
Join a dynamic and rapidly growing startup, working alongside a friendly team in a relaxed company culture, with full training provided to help you develop coding skills.
