The Land Trust is seeking an Estates and Facilities Officer to join their team at Marleigh in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization and contribute to the delivery of an ambitious community-focused programme of growth and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of a community centre and wider open space
- Monitor and manage contractors
- Provide first-line support for residents in person and over the phone/emails
- GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or above
- Experience of using spreadsheets and Microsoft Office package
- 1-2 years experience in dealing with customers via telephone, e-mails, etc.
- 1-2 years estates management experience to include management of maintenance contracts and reporting on progress
- Confident with engaging with several community groups and ability to build and maintain relationships to a high level
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and good attention to detail
- Experience with Service Charge would be desirable but not essential
- Confident telephone manner, excellent spoken and written communication skills
- £30,000 depending on experience
- A salary sacrifice pension scheme, company matching employee contributions up to 6%

- Role is based on site
- 26.5 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays, rising to 31.5 days with service
