The Land Trust is seeking an Estates and Facilities Officer to join their team at Marleigh in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization and contribute to the delivery of an ambitious community-focused programme of growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a community centre and wider open space
  • Monitor and manage contractors
  • Provide first-line support for residents in person and over the phone/emails
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or above
  • Experience of using spreadsheets and Microsoft Office package
  • 1-2 years experience in dealing with customers via telephone, e-mails, etc.
  • 1-2 years estates management experience to include management of maintenance contracts and reporting on progress
  • Confident with engaging with several community groups and ability to build and maintain relationships to a high level
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and good attention to detail
  • Experience with Service Charge would be desirable but not essential
  • Confident telephone manner, excellent spoken and written communication skills
Salary and Benefits
  • £30,000 depending on experience
