About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance/Quality Manager to join our team at KDR Talent Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the Data Quality Framework, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Quality Framework to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with stakeholders to define data quality rules and business logic, and ensure the Data Quality Framework is fit for purpose across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data governance, quality, and compliance, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex data quality issues.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data profiling tools, metadata management, and data quality tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of data governance and risk management principles, with experience in implementing data governance policies and procedures.
