About the Role:

Bruin Financial is seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Analyst to support the development and implementation of a new data governance framework. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Provide data governance training and support to stakeholders, promoting a culture of data quality and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
