Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at BMS Engineering Recruitment. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of quality ophthalmic pharmaceuticals to all levels of the NHS in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the NHS, including GP clinics, hospitals, and ICPs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the market
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in ophthalmic pharmaceuticals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped bonus scheme with £20,000 achievable on this patch
  • Car allowance of £550 - £600 per month
  • 25 days annual leave, healthcare, company pension, laptop, and mobile phone
