Account Management and Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by making high-quality sales calls to a variety of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy: Plan ahead of making calls, including completing customer checklists and reviewing account records to ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships: Outbound calls in line with a call plan to a wide variety of customers, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Support Sales Managers: Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
- Investigate and resolve service issues: Proactively investigate any service issues and work with customers to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Arrange call times and frequency: Schedule call times and frequency to best suit the customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate order information: Capture order information accurately and ensure that all relevant administration is maintained to a high standard.
- Schedule follow-up calls: Schedule follow-up calls to ensure that customers are satisfied with the products or services provided.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
