Position Overview

Junior Kitchen Chef needed for a prestigious hospitality establishment. This role offers the opportunity for live-in accommodation.

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent position, requiring a commitment of 45 hours per week, excluding an unpaid break, totaling 47.5 hours on-site. The schedule will include a variety of shifts across five days, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
  • Handle deliveries and manage stock rotation effectively.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of food hygiene and safety.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts. We welcome applications from individuals with:

  • Previous experience as a Junior Kitchen Chef or as a kitchen assistant aspiring to advance into a chef role.
  • Good culinary skills and a background in a reputable culinary environment.
  • Relevant food safety training and culinary qualifications.
