Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our busy pub. You will be responsible for assisting in setting up and closing down the kitchen, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, and supporting our chefs during service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and closing down the kitchen ready for service or the next trading session
  • Keep the kitchen and all equipment clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times
  • Ensure that the kitchen does not run out of clean crockery and cutlery during service
  • Be a team player, helping and assisting the Chefs when required
