About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS Early Help Pathway team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, young people, and families to provide early intervention and support to promote mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consultation, advice, and signposting to community services to support children and young people with mental health difficulties.
  • Implement evidence-based targeted interventions and groups, evaluated using outcome measures.
  • Represent CAMHS in multi-agency meetings, with oversight of mental health elements.
  • Participate in the delivery of community services, maintaining standards of care to the highest level within available resources.
  • Liaise effectively with other CAMHS pathways and maintain confidentiality in respect of young people at all times.
