Job Title: Lead Sales Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Sales Consultant to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a Lead Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our clients in the Health and Safety sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the Health and Safety sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Commission Structure:

F2F Commission will be paid at the rate of 5% for every Completed F2F Win. In addition to commission, this role comes with a monthly Bonus of £500, payable upon 60 completed wins being achieved in a calendar month.

Pro-active & self-motivated attitude towards sales targets: Strong customer service experience is essential. A 'can-do' attitude with the ability to drive, motivate & support not only yourself but your fellow team members. Strong time management skills & strong ability to multi-skill.
