Job Title: Lead Sales Consultant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a Lead Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our clients in the Health and Safety sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the Health and Safety sector or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including account management and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Commission Structure:
F2F Commission will be paid at the rate of 5% for every Completed F2F Win. In addition to commission, this role comes with a monthly Bonus of £500, payable upon 60 completed wins being achieved in a calendar month.
