We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis Service team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing first episode psychosis or at-risk mental states.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide psychoeducation and family work to promote recovery and well-being.
- Contribute to the development, delivery, and evaluation of the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service.
- Work closely with colleagues and other agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives.
- NMC registered Nursing Associate.
- Experience of working with individuals who have experienced psychosis.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car for work.
