Nursing Associate in Early Intervention in Psychosis Service Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis Service team. The successful candidate will work with individuals who have experienced First Episode of Psychosis and those at risk of developing psychosis.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for assessing, planning, and intervening with patients under the supervision of a Band 6 nurse. This will include psychoeducation, family work, and generic care coordination to promote well-being, recovery, and empowering person-centered practice.
Working with the Team
The Nursing Associate will work closely with colleagues in the team and other agencies to develop, deliver, and evaluate the EIP service. The team consists of nurses, occupational therapy staff, psychology staff, support workers, physical health staff, medics, and admin staff.

Key Requirements
- NMC registered Nursing Associate
- Experience of working with people who have experienced psychosis
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work
