Position:
Customer Support Administrator
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (37 hours per week).
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus public holidays.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Administrator:
- Conduct data entry tasks.
- Assist the customer support team with various administrative responsibilities.
Proficient computer skills are essential, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (intermediate Excel skills or higher would be beneficial).
Experience with SAP is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles is required.
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email, are essential.
