About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Finance Administrator to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process invoices, manage cash allocation, and reconcile transactions to bank statements.
  2. Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure timely payment and information exchange.
  3. Administer purchasing and supplier payments, manage petty cash transactions, and replenish supplies.
  4. Process employee-related information and payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Provide clerical support to the Home Manager, including letter writing, memos, and local management reporting.
  6. Maintain a well-organized filing system, stationery replenishment, and personnel file management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Financial Administrator with a strong background in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using bespoke software and Microsoft Office applications.
