Job Title: Asset Integrity Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate HRA related Capital and Revenue investment programmes across Council Housing, working closely with the Head of Service to establish overall asset strategies, related investment profiles, and options appraisals based on up-to-date and reliable asset data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the collection, management, and use of asset and condition data to enable programmes and packages of work to be produced.
  • Contribute to the development of the team approach to data and intelligence.
  • Support the Head of Service in establishing overall asset strategies, related investment profiles, and options appraisals based on up-to-date and reliable asset data.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to deliver a multi-faceted asset management strategy with sound knowledge and experience of programme and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively mentor, support, and empower staff to produce an excellent quality of work.
  • Relevant degree in a Construction, Housing, or Project Management discipline or equivalent, as well as Prince 2, MSP, APM qualification or equivalent.
