Job Summary

We are seeking a Nightlife Security Officer to join our team. As a Nightlife Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, personnel, and property. You will work as part of a larger security team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptive approach to ensure the safeguarding of our front and back of house areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, personnel, and property
  • Work as part of a larger security team to safeguard front and back of house areas
  • Develop and deliver effective training to maintain consistent service and safety standards
  • Manage and coordinate complex emergency situations
  • Hold SIA Licence, Personal Licence, First Aid, CCTV control, Fire Marshal, and be qualified to a minimum of level 2 in Health & Safety

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Nightlife Security Officer or Security Supervisor
  • Door management experience at a busy venue
  • Flexible approach to work hours, including working until the early hours of the morning
  • Flexible approach to working days, including working 7 days a week
  • Highly motivated and proactive, acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
  • Experience across a range of management disciplines, including Fire, Health & Safety, and Food safety
