Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees by identifying and mitigating potential risks and hazards.
  • Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in security and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Nightlife Security Officer or Security Supervisor in a similar environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs to maintain consistent service and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Hold a valid SIA Licence, Personal Licence, First Aid, CCTV control, and Fire Marshal certification.
