Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our neurological services, you will be responsible for providing expert care and guidance to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with acquired brain injury, neurodegenerative conditions, and co-morbid mental illness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the most effective treatment approaches.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in neurological psychiatry.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of working with survivors of acquired brain injury, individuals with neurodegenerative conditions, and complex physical health conditions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
