As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional staffing solutions to educational institutions and professionals within the Kent and Medway regions. Our mission is to elevate the standing of New Directions Holding while fostering business expansion through the fulfillment of our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and nurture relationships with supply personnel in your designated area.
  • Forge connections with educational establishments and staff who may benefit from our offerings.
  • Conduct visits to educational institutions to advocate for our services and cultivate new business prospects.
  • Establish additional partnerships with schools to enhance work opportunities for supply personnel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients seeking educational staffing solutions.
  • Perform outbound sales initiatives to secure placements for supply staff.
  • Maintain consistent communication with supply personnel to optimize their availability for assignments.
  • Execute administrative responsibilities with precision and timeliness.
  • Comply with branch performance indicators established by the Branch Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a recruitment consultancy environment.
  • Proficient negotiation skills and effective margin management.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with pertinent regulations and legislative requirements.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
